Our STRONG workout classes in Dickson, TN are built for our members who love the barbell. This class is specifically designed to improve your olympic lifting skills by focusing on strength, power, speed, and technique in squats, deadlifts, and presses. Often referred to as “my favorite class”, it has a very limited availability so that our coaches can give that 1-on-1 feel to its participants.
